Patients who are over 65 years old or are aged 18-64 years old with an underlying
health condition that makes you at risk are now able to book their seasonal flu jab.
All eligible patients have been sent either a text message or a letter asking to book their appointment. If you are unsure please contact our reception team.

Please let us know if you wish to decline the vaccine or if you have had this done elsewhere so we can update your medical records.
